One must re-learn new nose-blowing techniques, else it *does* hurt!
And as for the key to the look of youthful vigor, it’s a toss up between carrying extra weight, which doesn’t allow wrinkles to show, and not bothering with skin care regimes. Grooming? Who needs it?
